Entry to the blog

I want to document my journey with getting fitter, stronger and happier. That's why i made this blog. I think it will work like some sort of public diary, where i can keep track of my strenght progress, my fat loss progress and my muscle building progress.

I have no intention on losing weight, i just want to be a bit leaner and eat a bit healthier - while getting strong and getting some well needed muscles. 

I hope you all are going to enjoy this journey. Im not a professional, im not dreaming of being a body builder. I am simply just a normal girl with a dream of getting stronger and healthier :-)
